Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts and accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange.
Please note: customized and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.
